FAQ
WHAT TYPE OF FILES DO I NEED TO SEND YOU?
We need all your related floor plans and elevations in CAD (.dwg) format. We also can accept PDF, JPEG or a sketch just give us a email and we will check out your files.
If you have a 3D file send that to us as well. We accept: Revit, 3DS max and Sketchup.

BESIDES THE PLANS & ELEVATIONS, WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU?
- You have to let us know about the finishes, colours and materials to use.
- The exact views you would like to see on the renders, you can mark it on the plan by drawing some arrows indicating the view. If you are uncomfortable doing this we can use our expertise and suggest the views for you.
- We also need to know what you will be using the render for, this allows us to determine what size your render needs to be and quote accordingly.
- Do you require site specific photos for outside the windows, background or foreground? If so, send them to us. If not, we will either render the scene or use images from our extensive library
HOW LONG WILL MY RENDER TAKE?
This will depend on the number of renders you require and how big the scope of work is. We’ll be able to tell you once you send us the plans or give us some of the details. As a rough estimate we will have your drafts to you within 72 hours.
If your project is urgent we can prioritise it for you and work overtime for a small extra fee.

We provide rendering resolutions tailored to your needs—whether you need a massive banner or a compact brochure, we’ve got you covered with all sizes.
Do you offer 2D drawings based on 3D designs?
Yes, we can. We provide AutoCAD files for elevations and floor plans based on the 3D design, with an additional charge.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE 50% DEPOSIT?
Yes, this is a necessary requirement for us to be able to start the project. If you have further question you can contact our friendly sales team and we will help you to the best of our ability.
